Description
This is the world’s tallest cactus, reaching up to 20 metres in height.
It can be found in abundance across the deserts of North-western Mexico.
This slow grower can live for hundreds of years producing an array of thick vertical branches.
Similar to the familiar saguaro giant cactus (Carnegiea gigantea), but with fewer ribs on its stems and heavier branching.
Requires a warm climate to thrive but is easy to cultivate.
